Friday, October 6th: A Pathway to Jazz Tribute
For this edition of Jazz at the Dairy, we present an all-star jazz concert in collaboration with Pathways to Jazz, a Colorado non-profit founded by Alan Cogen. The mission of Pathways to Jazz is to provide opportunities for Colorado jazz musicians to succeed in their artistic and educational development. Every year, this organization holds a competition to fund top-flight jazz professionals with the means to record their music and release an album. This concert will celebrate former competition winners and will include performances from their new albums. Join us for an evening of inspired jazz music and a great tribute to an invaluable non-profit in our community!

Saturday, November 25th: A Very Soulful Christmas
Colorado favorite Hazel Miller, the most sought after performer in Colorado for the past 30 years, will kick off the holiday season with arrangements of seasonal favorite tunes infused with jazz, swing, gospel, latin and pop flavors! Featuring a mix of sacred and secular holiday music, Hazel Miller and her band will perform arrangements of “Silent Night” in an Afro Cuban style, “O’ Holy Night” in a blues style, “Away in a Manger” in a Gospel ballad style… and much more!
