Dairy Arts Center: Art Workshop with Martine Amade Part 1  "Collaging with an Iron"

May 24 | 6pm
This class will introduce you to the collage technique of using heat from an iron to fuse papers to a surface. In contrast to using glue, heat fusion gives you much more ease and flexibility to design and create your collages. We will also explore layering techniques with stencils, stamps and mixed media to complete your art piece. At the end of class you will have three small abstracts and several easy techniques you can experiment with at home. No previous art experience needed. This is an excellent way to get started on your creative journey!
